Tapestry, a nonprofit that provides community-based health care services in Western Massachusetts, was receiving negative press related to its needle exchange programs. The organization sought help with crisis communications and media relations. Kienholz Communications supported Tapestry in developing a proactive media engagement strategy that focused on delivering scientific data on the effects of needle exchange programs on clients and communities.
